If you're looking for care for yourself or a loved one it can be hard to know where to start.
We think there is no substitute for visiting a care home and seeing things for yourself, so, this Care Home Open Week (28th June - 4th July), we're inviting you to book a guided tour at one of our 27 residential homes across the South West.
Why to book a guided tour?
Whether you are considering a respite break or a longer-term stay, booking a free guided tour at one of our homes will allow you to discover the support that we can offer, and everything we do to help our residents feel at home. You will be able to ask questions, see facilities and find out more about the daily activities and support services available.
All of our care and support packages are person-centred and tailored to individual needs, so a guided tour is a great way to find out about all the things that matter most to you and your loved ones.
How to book your guided tour
To book a guided tour, please call the relevant care home directly - you can find all the details on our care homes page.
In order to protect our residents, teams and visitors, all guided tours must be booked in advance to manage numbers, and all visitors will need a negative Covid-19 test result. You can either take a rapid LFT (lateral flow test) at home and bring your official NHS results confirmation with you, or arrive 30 minutes before your booked slot and our team will assist you in taking this test on site before you enter the care home.
We look forward to welcoming you to have a look around our specialist residential, nursing and dementia support care homes, and helping you to discover the care option that is right for you and your loved ones.
